What Is The Care Plan?

The Care Plan covers care and maintenance of your jewelry to keep it in like-new condition and protect against accidental damage. It offers you coverage beyond a typical manufacturer warranty up to the original sale price of your purchase.

There are two options:

3-Year Warranty

Lifetime Warranty

Both warranties offer the same coverage!

      What Is Covered?

  • Broken, bent, or worn prongs

  • Ring re-sizing

  • Rhodium plating

  • Refinishing and polishing

  • Loss of stones due to a defective setting

  • Cracked or thinning band or shank

  • Broken clasps, bracelets, or chains

  • Replacing cracked or chipped stones

  • Broken earring posts

  • Pearl restringing

Purchase Coverage

Purchase your Care Plan at the same time you purchase your jewelry. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You'll need it to file a claim.

Wear Worry-Free

You do you, without worry. Rest assured you're protected from the unexpected.

File a Claim

Contact us to begin the process. If you cannot return to Hight & Randall, you can file a claim by contacting 800-582-4916.
